As an Instructional Designer, you will work closely with content experts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to create structured, interactive, and learner-focused educational content for domestic and international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design instructional strategies that improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Convert raw content into structured learning experiences, including modules, assessments, and activities.
- Develop storyboards, content outlines, and instructional documents.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and learning effectiveness.
- Review and enhance existing learning materials based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain instructional quality, consistency, and alignment with defined standards.
- Meet project timelines while managing multiple deliverables.
We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or Content Development.
- Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Understanding of instructional design models and learner-centric content development.
- Ability to simplify technical or academic information into engaging learning content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to eLearning, digital learning, or curriculum development projects.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and authoring tools is an advantage.
- Experience working on K–12, Higher Education, or Corporate Learning projects is desirable.
