(Voice Process) | Customer Advisor
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support & Telesales Executive to join our growing skincare brand. This is a voice-based customer advisory role where you'll interact with customers, understand their skincare concerns, recommend suitable products, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Support, Voice Process, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and sales conversion.
- Familiarity with eCommerce order handling, CRM software, and MS Excel.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
