The HOD – Store & Purchase plans and manages store and procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted production. The role focuses on inventory control, cost optimization, vendor management, accurate ERP documentation, safety and 5S compliance, and effective coordination with production to achieve business goals.
Accurate stock records with no difference between system and physical stock
No production stoppage due to material shortage
Cost savings through proper vendor negotiation and sourcing
Timely purchase orders and material delivery
Full compliance with ERP, safety, audit, and 5S standards

Educational requirement:
Experience:
Graduate (Preferred: Supply Chain / Materials / Operations)
Additional certifications in SCM
10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Stores & Purchase operations
Competencies:
Pay: ₹16,868.63 - ₹66,548.49 per month
