Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Promote roofing sheet products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed orders
2. Dealer & Distributor Management
- Appoint new dealers and strengthen existing dealer network
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups
3. Market Coverage
- Conduct regular field visits and site visits
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Expand market share in both urban and rural areas
4. Customer Engagement
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Build long-term relationships with key clients
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily visit reports (DVR) and sales reports
- Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and collections
- Provide feedback to management on market insights
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of roofing sheets / steel / building materials
- Ability to work independently in field sales
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (any stream, preferably Mechanical/Civil/Marketing)
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales (preferably in roofing, steel, or construction materials)
Additional Requirements
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Knowledge of local market and language
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
