We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Operator to manage front office operations and ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer them to the concerned departments
- Maintain visitor logs, records, and front desk registers
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Manage courier, dispatch, and mail activities
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area
- Support administrative and office coordination activities
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth communication and operations
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle calls, visitors, and office coordination efficiently
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
