Role Overview
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will design and build AI-powered applications and integrations for internal products and client projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Application Development
- Build and integrate AI-powered features into web and mobile applications
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLM APIs
- Develop AI copilots, assistants, and conversational systems
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Backend & API Development
- Build scalable backend services using Python and/or Node.js
- Develop APIs and AI orchestration layers
- Integrate AI systems with third-party platforms and databases
AI Workflow Automation
- Design intelligent workflows and automations
- Build document processing, summarisation, and search systems
- Automate operational and customer service workflows
Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization
- Create and optimize prompts for different AI use cases
- Improve AI response quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Test and evaluate model outputs and workflows
AI Infrastructure & Security
- Implement secure AI integration practices
- Handle API security and data privacy considerations
- Monitor AI system performance and usage costs
Collaboration
- Work closely with software developers, designers, cybersecurity specialists, and project managers
- Assist in scoping and architecting AI-enabled solutions for clients
Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills
- Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Express.js, or similar frameworks
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS
- Understanding of RAG systems and embeddings
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Basic cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Docker/containerization knowledge
- Understanding of scalable backend architectures
Bonus Skills
- Experience with AI agents and workflow automation tools
