- Proactively respond to incoming inquiries from digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and channel partners. Engage with prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties. Provide detailed project information and guide clients through the property evaluation process.
- Support the sales team by nurturing prospects, qualifying inquiries, and assisting in moving clients through the sales funnel toward closure.
- Arrange and conduct professional property tours and site visits, effectively presenting project highlights, pricing, amenities, and unique value propositions.
- Provide accurate project presentations, pricing details, payment plans, and relevant documentation to help clients make informed decisions.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, project inventory, pricing updates, and competitor activities to deliver data-backed consultations.
- Coordinate with internal sales, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth documentation, booking procedures, and transaction support.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing booking forms, agreements, and related sales documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing continuous support throughout the buying journey and post-booking assistance.
- Utilize CRM tools like Zoho CRM to track inquiries, update customer interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate client records.
- Engage and coordinate with channel partners by sharing project updates, managing referred leads, and ensuring seamless communication to support sales closures.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and enhance overall conversion effectiveness.
