Job Title: Facility Executive
Job SummaryThe Facility Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and administration of office buildings and facilities. The role ensures a safe, clean, efficient, and well-maintained working environment for employees and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations
Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other building systems.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Vendor Management
Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Process work orders and verify completion of assigned tasks.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Conduct safety audits and emergency preparedness drills.
Maintain fire safety equipment and emergency response procedures.
Ensure statutory compliance related to facilities management.
Administrative Support
Maintain facility records, maintenance logs, and asset registers.
Manage office space allocation and seating arrangements.
Coordinate office moves, renovations, and workspace planning.
Handle employee facility-related requests and complaints.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor facility expenses and utility consumption.
Assist in preparing facility budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Track maintenance and service contract expenditures.
Security Management
Coordinate with security teams to ensure building security.
Monitor access control systems and visitor management processes.
Investigate and report facility-related incidents.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in facilities or administration management.
Knowledge of building maintenance systems and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
