Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to plan and deliver play-based and age-appropriate learning experiences for young children
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver fun, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities using play-based, experiential learning methods.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress in key developmental areas.
- Provide regular updates and meaningful feedback to parents on student development and wellbeing.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, safe, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Encourage positive behaviour, manners, values, and independence in young learners
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Follow CBSE guidelines and school policies for early childhood education
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Related field (e.g., B.Ed, ECCEd, Montessori, NTT)
- Experience working with pre-primary or early childhood age groups
- Excellent communication skills
