Job Summary:
SSB Automobile Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented PDI Incharge to ensure every vehicle is thoroughly inspected and prepared before customer delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, coordination with service and sales teams, and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of all new vehicles as per company standards.
- Ensure vehicles are free from defects, damages, and quality issues before delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Workshop teams for timely vehicle readiness.
- Verify completion of all PDI checklists and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all accessories and customer-requested fitments are installed correctly.
- Monitor cleanliness, fuel level, battery condition, tyre pressure, and vehicle functionality.
- Report and follow up on any defects or repair requirements before delivery.
- Ensure timely dispatch of vehicles while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety norms, and manufacturer guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Delivery Inspection or automobile service operations.
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and inspection procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Škoda vehicles will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in maintaining inspection records and reports.
- Team player with a quality-focused approach and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹12,000.87 - ₹18,000.49 per month
