Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Raipur (City Office), Chhattisgarh
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance within a construction or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliances, including return filing and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Process payroll-related accounting entries and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee inventory accounting where applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial controls.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in a construction or manufacturing organization.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, accounting standards, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in finalization of accounts, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
