Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Commercial Sales Executive to expand our business for interior products in the Delhi market. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, experience in B2B/project sales, and the ability to develop relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve business targets for the company's interior products.
- Identify and develop new commercial projects and business opportunities across Delhi and NCR.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, contractors, builders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with key decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Submit regular sales reports and business forecasts to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience in Commercial Sales of Interior Products, Building Materials, Furniture, Modular Solutions, Laminates, or Architectural Products.
- Strong network with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, corporate clients, and project management companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of project sales and commercial business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi and NCR.
