Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Manager, preferably from the Vacation Ownership (Timeshare) or Luxury Automobile industry
- Proven experience managing a telemarketing/telesales team
- Strong background in team handling, coaching, and people management
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales/business targets
- Experience in employee retention and reducing attrition
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, train, and drive performance within a team
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a telemarketing/sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and productivity
- Handle team retention and address attrition proactively
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members
- Report performance metrics and insights to senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards
Preferred Background Candidates with prior experience in Vacation Ownership / Timeshare Sales or Luxury Automobile Sales will be given strong preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
