Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Assistant Sales Managers to lead sales operations, manage team performance, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership and active involvement in daily sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure revenue growth
- Drive consistent lead conversion and target achievement
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Train, guide, and motivate team members
- Ensure attendance, discipline, and productivity
Lead Conversion & Business Development:
- Oversee lead generation and conversion activities
- Support the team in closing sales effectively
- Identify new business opportunities
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
- Track KPIs and improve strategies
- Coordinate with management for execution
