Job Title: Healthcare Outreach Executive / Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Healthcare Outreach Executive to expand our clinic's reach by building relationships with companies, schools, colleges, societies, and other organizations. The role involves generating new business opportunities, arranging free health check-up camps, promoting the clinic's services, and achieving monthly outreach targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit companies, schools, colleges, offices, and residential societies to introduce the clinic's healthcare services.
- Identify and connect with HR managers, administrators, principals, and other decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and present the clinic's services and health programs.
- Organize and coordinate free health check-up camps and awareness sessions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Generate new leads and convert them into partnerships.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit weekly progress updates.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for meetings, health camps, and new tie-ups.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth execution of outreach activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Outreach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting clients and making presentations.
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or dental services is an advantage.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Good reporting and follow-up skills.

- Number of client visits completed per month.
- Meetings scheduled with organizations.
- Free health check-up camps organized.
- New corporate/school/college tie-ups signed.
- Leads and patient conversions generated from outreach activities.
Salary
Fixed salary + Performance Incentives based on achievement of monthly targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
