Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Career Advisor to guide students and professionals in choosing suitable technical and professional courses offered by CADD Centre. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, course explanation, admissions support, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals about career opportunities and training programs
Explain course details, certification benefits, duration, and fee structure
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online enquiries
Convert enquiries into admissions through regular follow-ups
Maintain student records and daily follow-up reports
Support marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and education events
Coordinate with trainers and management for admission processes
Achieve monthly admission targets and counseling goals
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and counseling ability
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling)
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience in Education Counseling / Academic Advising / Training Institute sales is an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
