Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Pull and analyse Shopify store data including sales, orders, traffic, conversion rates, and
product performance.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets / Excel with pivot
tables, charts, and formulas.
- Create presentation decks (Google Slides) for weekly/monthly performance reviews.
- Assist with GA4 and Google Search Console analysis as needed in order for an in-depth
analysis.
Website & Shopify Operations
- Manage blog publishing on Shopify including formatting, SEO meta fields, image
optimisation, and scheduling. Create blog content using AI tools when required.
- Handle minor Shopify edits like page updates, menu changes, collection edits, and meta
data corrections. Basic understanding of Shopify Liquid, HTML, and CSS is expected.
- Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma for new pages, features, or redesigns.
- Conduct website audits covering functionality checks, broken link identification, and
UI/UX issue logging.
- Review website and app screens with a strong UI/UX eye. Identify usability gaps,
inconsistencies, and areas for improvement across desktop and mobile.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors and Shopify app partners on pending tasks,
deliverables, and timelines.
- Document meeting notes, track progress, and escalate blockers.
- Conduct R&D on new Shopify apps and tools by evaluating features, pricing, and
compatibility (if needed)
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with design, brand ops, marketing, and content teams to align on deliverables like
banners, collection pages, and campaign assets.
- Maintain and update cross-functional trackers for task progress, approvals, and
deadlines.
AI Tools & Workflow Automation
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for day-to-day tasks like content drafts, data
formatting, report generation, and research.
- Build simple automations and workflows to reduce repetitive work.
- Strong prompt engineering skills to get accurate and useful outputs from AI tools.
Requirements
Must Have
- 6 months - 1+ years of experience in a digital/e-commerce role (internship is a plus).
- Strong data analysis skills. Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables,
VLOOKUP, charts).
- Ability to create clean, insight-driven presentation decks.
- Familiarity with Shopify admin including products, collections, pages, blogs, navigation,
and basic theme edits.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS. Exposure to Shopify Liquid is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and page mockups.
- Good UI/UX sensibility. Should be able to spot usability issues and suggest
improvements for web and mobile experiences.
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
- Problem-solving mindset. Quick to learn, resourceful, and takes initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication for cross-team coordination.
Good to Have
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals like meta data, alt text, and keyword basics.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Experience with project management or task tracking tools.
- Exposure to the Shopify apps ecosystem (loyalty, search, checkout optimisation, etc.).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
