FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Zentora Global is a fast-growing Virtual Assistant company providing dedicated, high-quality remote support to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. We are looking for a skilled US Accounting & QuickBooks Specialist to join our team as a Virtual Assistant, supporting US-based clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations.
This is a full-time, permanent, 100% work-from-home role. You will work directly with US clients during their business hours, which is why this position operates on a 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST shift, Monday to Friday. Weekends are always off — no exceptions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeping & Accounts:
- Manage daily bookkeeping for US-based clients using QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
- Record, categorise, and reconcile all financial transactions on a weekly and monthly basis
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Process and track invoices, bills, payments, and receipts
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience for US-based clients
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop — must be able to work independently without additional training
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and standard US accounting practices
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — you will interact directly with US clients
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Ability to work full-time during the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST shift, Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
