Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Training function, focusing on teacher development, school engagement, and internal capability building. The role requires designing impactful training programs, managing trainer networks, and ensuring effective delivery across schools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teacher Training & School Engagement
- Design and deliver training programs for teachers across schools
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and demo sessions (online/offline)
- Collaborate with schools to understand training needs and customize content
2. Internal Training & Capability Building
- Train Sales and Product teams on product usage, pedagogy, and presentations
- Develop training modules, certification programs, and learning materials
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions
3. Content & Curriculum Development
- Work closely with Editorial/Product teams to align training with curriculum
- Develop structured training content, manuals, and digital modules
4. Trainer Network Management
- Build and manage a pool of freelance trainers across regions
- Ensure quality, certification, and performance tracking of trainers
5. Strategy & Execution
- Create and implement the overall training strategy
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in training delivery
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of pedagogy and school education ecosystem
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in teacher training and workshop facilitation
- Ability to manage large-scale training programs
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Education / English / Relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred)
