We collaborate with education consultants, recruitment agencies, schools, and higher education institutions across multiple markets to help students access quality education opportunities worldwide.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational excellence, partner support functions, admissions processes, and service delivery across our B2B ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational lifecycle of student recruitment and admissions through our partner network. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient process execution, compliance, team performance, partner satisfaction, and continuous operational improvement.
This role requires a strong understanding of overseas education operations, stakeholder management, admissions workflows, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end admissions and application processing workflow.
- Ensure timely processing of applications, offers, confirmations, and enrollment-related documentation.
- Establish, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance against established service standards and KPIs.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely partner and institutional settlements.
- Assist with forecasting and operational planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in overseas education, international student recruitment, admissions operations, or related sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams and operational functions.
- Strong understanding of international admissions processes and student mobility programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and operational reporting tools.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-country admissions operations.
- Familiarity with key study destinations such as Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, and New Zealand.
- Experience implementing process automation or workflow management systems.
