Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive business growth in our MSME Lending vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new MSME customers, managing relationships with lending partners and channel associates & driving the complete sales lifecycle for secured business loan products. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship management skills & a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire potential MSME customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field sales activities.
- Drive sales of MSME lending products, including:
- Working Capital Loans
- Term Loans
- Supply Chain Finance
- Other allied lending products
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer acquisition, documentation, and loan closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients, lending partners, Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), and registered channel partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and ensuring a seamless borrowing experience.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate cross-sell opportunities by leveraging relationships across various functions within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the sales process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 5-6 years of experience in similar industry & product space
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of MSME lending products, secured loans, credit assessment, and underwriting processes.
- Experience working with lending institutions, DSAs, and channel partners will be an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Selective experience in Working capital Loans in NBFC & Banks.
- Strong knowledge of secured business loans across diverse industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Relationship-building skills with customers, lending partners, and channel partners.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
