Job Summary:
The Typist is responsible for accurately typing, formatting, and maintaining various documents, reports, correspondence, and records while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Type and format documents, letters, reports, invoices, and other business records with high accuracy.
- Convert handwritten notes, drafts, or scanned documents into digital formats.
- Review and proofread documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and process information.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other office applications.
- Good command of written English and grammar.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of office administration.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
