We’re seeking an experienced, mature Logistics Manager to handle day-to-day dispatch operations, route optimization, fleet management, and team supervision. The role involves overseeing driver coordination, cost control, compliance, and customer communication , drivers communication to maintain seamless logistics flow.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of logistics/dispatch experience (2+ years in management).
- Strong leadership, market knowledge, and problem-solving ability.
- Skilled in routing software, MS Office, and documentation compliance.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
