- Coordinate and schedule home nursing services based on patient care requirements.
- Assess patient needs and assign suitable nursing staff for quality care delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with patients, families, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor nursing services to ensure compliance with clinical and company standards.
- Manage nurse duty rosters, attendance, and shift allocations efficiently.
- Conduct patient follow-ups and address service-related concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing reports, and service documentation.
- Support recruitment, orientation, and training of nursing staff when required.
- Ensure timely coordination with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Promote patient satisfaction by delivering professional, safe, and compassionate home healthcare services.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹56,500.00 per month
