Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
- Assist with onboarding and HR-related activities
- Support ongoing hiring and talent acquisition initiatives
Who Can Apply?

- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
