Job Summary :
We're looking for a Solar Sales Manager to drive sales of solar EPC Projects.
Job Responsibilities :
.Generate leads and convert them into sales
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
· Conduct site visits and client meetings to pitch solar solutions
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
· Coordinate with technical team for project execution post-sale
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and government schemes/subsidies
· Hire and manage team for the sales.
