Roles & Responsibilities
The selected Associate Advocate will be responsible for:
- Drafting petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavits, legal notices, vakalatnamas, applications, replies, rejoinders, and written submissions.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysing case laws.
- Appearing before Courts, Tribunals, and other Judicial Authorities whenever required.
- Managing court filings and procedural compliances.
- Preparing case briefs and litigation strategies.
- Coordinating with clients, advocates, clerks, and internal teams.
- Maintaining case records and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Preparing legal opinions and advisory notes.
- Assisting in due diligence and documentation whenever required.
- Drafting professional legal content for the firm's website, LinkedIn page, client updates, newsletters, articles, and publications.

Attendance & Professional Expectations
- This is a full-time, office-based position.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
- One (1) paid leave per month will be provided.
- Additional leave may result in salary deduction unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
- Occasional work beyond office hours may be required depending on court deadlines and urgent client matters.
- Candidates should be willing to travel to courts or any of the firm's offices across India whenever required.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolment with the State Bar Council (preferred; candidates awaiting enrolment may also apply).
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Excellent command over English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and legal research platforms.
- High attention to detail.

Salary will be offered based on:
