Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Assistant Manager to lead our team initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. You should have strong leadership skills, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily business operations.
- Supervise and support team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and training when needed.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave records.
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree (pass, fail)
- Freshers or 2years of experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of digital channels and performance .
- Basic communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with AI marketing tools is an added advantage.
