Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist cum Office Executive to manage front desk operations and handle day-to-day office administrative tasks. The candidate should possess basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate office activities efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
Maintain visitor records and front office registers.
Perform data entry and maintain office documents.
Coordinate meetings and manage schedules.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
Handle basic HR and administrative support tasks.
Maintain office files, records, and inventory.
Support management with day-to-day office operations.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
Graduate / Higher Secondary (Preferred)
