Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to manage patient care during the night shift. The selected candidate will monitor admitted patients, respond to medical concerns, coordinate with consultants and nursing staff, and ensure smooth hospital operations during assigned working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the clinical condition of admitted patients during the night shift.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and ward rounds.
- Respond promptly to patient concerns and medical requirements.
- Implement treatment plans as per consultant instructions and hospital protocols.
- Attend medical emergencies and provide appropriate clinical support.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and shift handover reports.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate significant observations to consultants.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and NABH quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and clinical records.
- Provide guidance to patients and attendants regarding treatment procedures, whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid registration with the appropriate Medical Council or regulatory authority.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining electronic medical records.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a hospital environment.
- Experience in inpatient care or emergency patient management.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
