1. Promoter Management
· Hiring promoter with help from agency, and training promoter, prepare sales target for promoter and push them to achieve the same.
· Understand the concern/issue of the promoters and help them with the solution, if find challenge need to discuss for immediate solution.
· Check and Update to Promoter for the new launch products.
2. Sales & Merchandising Analytics
· Follow-Up for getting weekly sales report from all customers.
· Analyze Store/SKU level sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks.
· Monitor and report on daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (e.g., Target vs Actuals sales , Stock-on-Hand, Sales Value).
· Analyze product velocity, stock movement, and shelf space utilization within modern trade outlets.
· Actively engage with Promoters daily, explain product features, benefits, and USP, and demonstrate products to new joined promoters for drive in-store sales targets.
3. Inventory management
· Manage inventory reconciliation, identify slow-moving stock, and support demand planning/replenishment strategies to reduce out-of-stock scenarios.
· Coordinate with store Manager, and promoters to align supply with store demand.
4. Promotional & Pricing Analysis
· Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and marketing campaigns in modern trade stores.
· Conduct competition benchmarking, including price changes, other brand-new product launches, and visibility strategies of our product.
· Ensure, proper product placement, planogram compliance, visibility on shelves, and maintenance of stock display (Share of Self - SOS).
5. Reporting
· Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports for real-time visibility into modern trade sales performance.
· Indent working for multiple clients and analyze on articles level and understand region wise sales trend.
· Manage Sales promoter hiring / On boarding process / daily attendance track / leave / salary process / Incentives Sheet etc.
· Ensure to send timely sales analysis report to respective customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields. Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Excel.
