We are looking for a Store Executive with experience in automobile spare parts management. The candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, issuing parts, maintaining stock records, and supporting operations. The role requires working in shift duties to ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of automobile spare parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual & system-based)
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and documentation
- Coordinate with purchase team and vendors
- Ensure proper binning, labeling, and stock organization
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Maintain FIFO / LIFO practices as applicable
- Ensure compliance with safety and store procedures
- Support maintenance team with timely parts availability
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of automobile spare parts
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems (ERP)
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)
Experience:
- 2–5 years in automobile store / spare parts handling
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in day/night shifts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
