Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Construction Engineer to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Manage material requirements, quality checks, and site inventory
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
- Basic knowledge of project management and quality control
- Good communication and coordination skills
