We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to join APS Building Solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee management, client coordination, and sales support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for trainee and experienced positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates based on required skills and job requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients regarding staffing requirements and project-related workforce needs.
- Assist in client handling and relationship management activities.
- Support sales team in manpower planning, client follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Experience hiring both trainees/freshers and experienced professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and support sales activities.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in construction, engineering, building solutions, or related industries is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
