Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions & Transformation Architect to lead the design, implementation, and integration of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, AI-driven business transformation, and scalable AI infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business objectives with technology capabilities while driving innovation, automation, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions, AI agents, and workflow automation frameworks.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
- Architect and optimize AI infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and business value creation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, tools, and vendors to recommend best-fit solutions.
- Drive end-to-end solution architecture, integration, deployment, and adoption of AI capabilities.
- Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and governance frameworks for AI programs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions across existing enterprise systems and workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, AI orchestration, and workflow automation.
- Experience designing scalable AI architectures and enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, and deployment strategies.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and AI platform operations.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7.5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 15 years of full-time education.
- Proven experience leading AI implementation and transformation programs.
