Job Summary
Asian Navkar Hospital is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Lobby Manager to ensure smooth patient and visitor management, maintain lobby operations, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants.
- Manage patient flow and coordinate with OPD, IPD, Billing, and Diagnostic departments.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the lobby area.
- Provide special assistance to VIP patients and visitors.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and front office teams.
- Collect patient feedback and support service quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations, front office, guest relations, or customer service.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
