About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Nutritionist/Dietician to drive enrollments for our condition management programs, wellness programs, health devices, and nutrition supplements.
The role combines nutrition knowledge with consultative sales. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their health concerns, recommend appropriate solutions, and support them through the purchase and enrollment process.
This is a target-driven role where achieving enrollment, sales, and revenue objectives is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact assigned leads through calls, follow-ups, and consultations.
- Understand customer health concerns, lifestyle challenges, and wellness goals.
- Educate customers about preventive healthcare, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions.
- Recommend suitable condition management programs, wellness programs, nutrition supplements, and health devices based on customer needs.
- Drive program enrollments and product sales through consultative discussions.
- Handle customer objections and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and customer support teams when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in healthcare sales, wellness sales, inside sales, nutrition sales, or preventive healthcare programs.
- Experience selling health programs, wellness solutions, supplements, diagnostic services, insurance wellness products, or healthcare subscriptions is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management systems.
