About the Role
We are a fast-growing brand with a strong B2B presence across Kerala. We're looking for a motivated individual to manage and grow our retail partner network — deepening existing relationships, giving focused attention to the Malabar region, and driving expansion across the rest of the state. This role is based out of our Kozhikode office and offers direct access to leadership with a clear path for growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our retail partners across Kerala, with focused attention on the Malabar region
- Drive expansion of the partner network into new markets and territories across the state
- Ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely delivery experience for all partners
- Stay closely connected to market trends, gather ground-level insights, and report regularly to leadership
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and partner engagement
- Leverage sales strategies and brand positioning to grow order value and partner loyalty
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across emerging markets
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — someone who builds trust naturally
- Based in Kozhikode and comfortable with travel across Kerala as needed
- Sharp market awareness with the ability to translate observations into actionable insights
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
- Prior experience in B2B or retail sales is an advantage, but not mandatory — we value attitude and drive above all
Compensation & Growth
Compensation: ₹16,000 per month + performance-based incentives after probation.
Upon confirmation, compensation is reviewed and revised based on your performance and dedication. Candidates who deliver results will be rewarded with a strong, competitive package — this is a role where growth is entirely in your hands.
