Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate sales order processing, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be comfortable working with business systems while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries through email, company WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and issue quotations as per customer requirements while ensuring all inquiries are responded to on the same working day.
- Follow up on quotations to improve quotation-to-order conversion.
- Handle existing customer inquiries efficiently while identifying opportunities for new business generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing timely and professional support.
- Complete customer KYC documentation and ensure customer records and codes remain updated.
- Coordinate with supervisors for pricing approvals and timely quotation release.
- Convert approved quotations into Sales Orders (SO) based on customer purchase orders.
- Ensure accurate Sales Order booking and coordinate with supervisors for timely system approval and release.
- Maintain professional customer communication using proper email etiquette and other official communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback on products and services and share insights with the sales and management teams.
- Understand customer requirements related to products, brands, and business segments to provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.) or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, quotation management, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and relevant educational background may also be considered.
