Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, compliance, and delivery timelines. Source eco-friendly materials aligned with brand aesthetics and sustainability goals (organic cotton, hemp, recycled polyester, etc.). Negotiate terms, pricing, and MOQs with suppliers. Collaborate with design and product development teams to source innovation-driven materials and resolve development bottlenecks. Maintain updated records of vendors, certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, Fair Trade, etc.), and sourcing documentation. Monitor market trends and emerging technologies in sustainable materials and ethical sourcing. Coordinate sample approvals, lab dips, and testing as per brand requirements. Ensure compliance with The Green Way’s sustainability and ethical sourcing standards.
