Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive growth in our Payment Gateway business. This is a frontline sales role focused on acquiring mid-market clients across diverse business segments, with a strong emphasis on driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role requires strong outbound sales capabilities, including cold calling and building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Drive the complete sales cycle for payment gateway solutions, from prospecting to closure.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard mid-market corporates, D2C brands, and e-commerce merchants.
- Outbound Sales & Cold Calling: Actively reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads and build pipeline.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and position customized payment solutions aligned with their business needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Market & Ecosystem Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the online merchant ecosystem to drive effective sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales of Payment Gateway or digital payment solutions within fintech or related domains.
- Experience in conducting in-person client meetings across target markets, complemented by strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills to drive business acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close deals.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and target-driven environments.
- Good understanding of the online merchant ecosystem and digital payments landscape.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
