Job Title: Sales OfficerJob Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales volume, managing dealer/distributor networks, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving revenue targets within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve individual and territory sales targets through strategic planning and active market penetration.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, or retail outlets to expand the company’s market footprint in Gujarat.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, distributors, and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer demands; report findings to management.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from clients in accordance with company credit policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, tour plans, and expense sheets accurately.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Officer, Territory Sales Executive, or similar sales role (Experience in FMCG).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory for effective local communication. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory/districts in Gujarat.
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily market visits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
