Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion graphics, video editing, animation principles, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating engaging motion content for digital marketing, social media, branding, gaming, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.
- Design engaging promotional videos, social media reels, advertisements, and explainer videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and sound.
- Develop storyboards and animation concepts based on project requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and motion design assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Knowledge of video editing, motion design, and visual effects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience working with gaming, metaverse, technology, or digital marketing projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya will be an added advantage.
