Job Title: HR Recruiter Team Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter Team Leader to lead our IT recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT industry, along with proven experience in leading a team of at least 3 recruiters.
This role requires a strong leader who can drive hiring strategies, mentor team members, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 or more recruiters, ensuring high productivity and performance.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology-related positions across various experience levels.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business hiring requirements.
- Allocate requisitions, monitor team performance, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate hiring reports for management.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within the IT industry.
- Drive process improvements and implement best recruitment practices.

- Strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment.

- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong negotiation and offer management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
- Must have at least 1–2 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more recruiters.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job portals is highly preferred.
