AREA SALES MANAGER ( Men's Wear )
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales business through dealer channel across the assigned territory.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase brand visibility, market share, and product placement in MBO stores.
- Appoint new distributors / channel partners as per business needs.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and replenishment planning.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, and customer trends.
- Train retail staff and channel partners on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Manage collections, payments, and channel profitability.
- Prepare sales reports, territory reviews, and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in MBO sales/channel sales in dealer network development
- Knowledge of textile products like shirting/suiting fabrics and garments.
- Good distributor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management ability.
- Market planning and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
