About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Stainless Steel Polisher / Buffer to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for polishing and finishing stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment to achieve a high-quality surface finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Polish and buff stainless steel products using hand tools and polishing machines.
- Remove scratches, welding marks, and surface imperfections.
- Achieve mirror, satin, and hairline finishes as per production requirements.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain polishing tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Coordinate with the fabrication and welding teams to ensure timely production.
Requirements
- Experience in stainless steel polishing and buffing preferred.
- Knowledge of polishing compounds, buffing wheels, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to use hand grinders and polishing machines safely.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
