Job Description
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager for our jewelry showroom in Salem.
Only candidates with prior experience in a jewelry showroom will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support management with workforce planning and HR reporting.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a jewelry showroom is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor law compliance.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Salary
- Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
