Main Job Roles
- Acquire new clients for trading and investment accounts.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Explain stock market products such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, IPOs, and derivatives.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC, and trading platform usage.
- Resolve customer queries and service issues.
- Monitor client portfolios and inform clients about relevant market opportunities.
- Coordinate with research and advisory teams to provide market insights.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
