About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Design & Sales Associate to drive residential interior design sales, understand client requirements, develop design concepts, prepare BOQs and commercial proposals, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new residential interior design leads through referrals, architects, consultants, and direct client interactions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Develop design concepts, space planning solutions, and layout proposals.
Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project confirmation.
Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales and performance reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
Experience & Skills
4–8 years of overall experience in Interior Design Sales
Experience in Residential Interior Solutions, Home Interiors, Modular Furniture Sales, or Interior Design Consulting
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and CRM Tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and proposal preparation
