Role Overview
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions.

- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation
- Good understanding of system architecture (APIs, databases, and mobile applications)
- Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or social sector programs (preferred)
